AKK Cisa-5 is a Lishi style 2-in-1 pick & decoder for Italy 5-Pin CISA keyway.

It’s not Lishi branded, nor it’s made by Mr. Li. The manufacturer has the same design concept with Mr. Li’s original tools. Each tool is inserted into a vehicle lock and used to pick the lock to a position where it traps the wafers. The wafer depth can then be read to determine the cuts for a replacement key.
